At Fig4All, we take pride in shipping healthy fig cuttings, fig trees, and gardening supplies with care and accuracy. This Shipping Policy explains processing times, shipping methods, packaging standards, and what you can expect once your order is placed.

Order Processing Time

We ship orders Monday through Thursday to prevent plants from sitting in transit over weekends.

  • Cuttings & Small Items: 1–3 business days

  • Fig Trees: 3–5 business days

  • Fertilizers & Supplies: 1–2 business days

High-season note (Dec–April): Due to high demand, processing may take slightly longer, but we always strive to ship as quickly as possible.

Shipping Methods & Carriers

We primarily ship with:

  • USPS Priority Mail

  • UPS Ground

  • FedEx Home Delivery (for larger tree orders)

Shipping speed varies by your location but typically takes 2–5 business days after dispatch.

FREE Shipping Policy

We offer FREE shipping on all orders over $250.
Orders under $250 will see shipping costs calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.

Packaging Standards

Your plants are packaged with extra care to ensure safe arrival:

  • Cuttings are sealed, labeled, and moisture-protected

  • Trees are secured in protective sleeves or nursery pots

  • Boxes are reinforced to minimize movement and temperature stress

We do not ship rooted trees bare-root unless stated otherwise.

Shipping Restrictions

To protect plant health and meet agricultural regulations:

  • We ship only within the United States

  • We do not ship trees to Hawaii, Alaska, or U.S. Territories

  • During extreme winter or summer conditions, we may delay shipments to prevent heat/cold damage

If weather delays occur, we will notify you before dispatch.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, a tracking number will be emailed automatically.
Tracking updates may take 12–24 hours to begin showing movement.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

We ship with full care, but once a package is handed to the carrier, delays or mishandling can sometimes happen.

  • If your order is lost or shows no movement for 7+ days, contact us so we can assist with a claim.

  • If your order arrives damaged, send photos within 24 hours to support your claim.

  • Live plants are not guaranteed against carrier delays, but we do our best to help find a resolution.

Incorrect Address Policy

Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order.
Fig4All is not responsible for packages shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

If you notify us before the order ships, we can update the address.
Once shipped, we cannot reroute packages.

Weather-Related Holds

If your area is experiencing shipping delays, freezing temperatures, or heatwaves, we may temporarily hold your plant order to ensure safe arrival.
We will email you if this affects your shipment.

Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Orders can be modified or canceled within 12 hours of purchase.

  • After shipping, cancellations are not possible.
