Returns & Refunds Policy

At Fig4All, we take pride in providing healthy, high-quality fig cuttings and fig trees. Because we ship live plant material, our return and refund policy is designed to protect both our customers and the health of our plants.

Please read the policy below carefully before placing an order.

Live Plant Return Policy

Due to the perishable nature of live plants and cuttings, we generally do not accept returns once an order has been shipped.

Plants and cuttings can be affected by handling, climate conditions, and planting methods after delivery, which is why returns are not feasible in most cases.

However, we are committed to customer satisfaction and will always work with customers if there is a legitimate issue with an order.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

Once reviewed, we may offer one of the following solutions:

  • Replacement of the item

  • Store credit

  • Partial or full refund (depending on the situation)

Requests submitted after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for refunds or replacements.

Plant Health Guarantee

We guarantee that all fig cuttings and fig trees are:

  • Carefully selected and inspected before shipping

  • Healthy and viable at the time of dispatch

  • Properly packaged to ensure safe transport

Dormant fig cuttings may appear dry on the outside, which is normal and does not affect their viability.

Because plant success depends on growing conditions, care, and environment, we cannot guarantee propagation success once the plant material has been planted.

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled if they have not yet been processed or shipped.

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.

If cancellation is approved before shipment, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Shipping Issues

Fig4All is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers

  • Severe weather

  • Customs processing (for international orders)

  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer

If a package is lost in transit, we will assist customers in filing a claim with the carrier and help resolve the situation whenever possible.

Refund Processing Time

If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 3–7 business days.

Refund timelines may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution used for the purchase.
